These Terms & Conditions outline what is included in the GotPhoto 2026 VIP Experience and what is not. By accepting the prize, winners agree to the following:

1. Prize Overview

Two individual winners will each receive one (1) VIP Experience package for the 2026 Volume Photography Summer Camp.
The prize is valid only for the named winner and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

2. What the VIP Experience Covers

GotPhoto will cover the following costs for each winner:

2.1 Travel

• Round-trip economy flights, booked directly by the GotPhoto team or book by you and reimbursed by GotPhoto.  Pre-approval will be needed for the flight costs.
• Ground transportation: Uber or similar service to and from the local airport (SDF) and the conference hotel.

2.2 Accommodation

• Hotel stay for the duration of the Summer Camp, booked by GotPhoto. Check in Tuesday, June 16; check out on Saturday, June 20.
• Winners may bring a guest/spouse; however, GotPhoto only covers the standard room rate. All guest-related costs must be self-funded.

2.3 Event Participation

• Full conference ticket, including:
  • All sessions
  • Workshops
  • Official GotPhoto networking events
    

2.4 Meals & Food

• Lunches provided by GotPhoto on all full conference days, Wed-Fri.
• Dinner provided during the GotPhoto Invite Only Networking Dinner

3. What the VIP Experience Does Not Cover

The following expenses are NOT covered by GotPhoto:

• Meals outside of the conference-provided meals.
• Any meals, flights, transportation, or additional costs for an accompanying guest.
• Extra hotel charges:
  • Room service
  • Mini-bar
  • Laundry
  • Hotel upgrades or extended stay nights
  • Any incidental charges
• Extra transportation unrelated to airport ↔ hotel transfers.
• Personal purchases of any kind.
  

4. Reimbursement Process

• Only the winner’s eligible expenses will be reimbursed.
• All itemized receipts must be submitted within 14 days after the event.
• Reimbursements will be issued within 30 days of receipt approval.

5. Winner Responsibilities

Winners agree to:

• Coordinate with GotPhoto for flight and hotel bookings.
• Stay at the designated event hotel.
• Attend the event as planned Wednesday, June 17-Saturday, June 20, 2026.
• Follow logistical instructions provided by GotPhoto’s team.
  

6. Accompanying Guests

• Guests are welcome, but entirely self-funded. One entry ticket to the conference may be provided upon request. 
• GotPhoto will not reimburse any guest-related expenses.
  

7. Changes & Cancellations

GotPhoto may modify or cancel any part of the VIP Experience if circumstances outside its control require it.

8. Acceptance

By claiming the VIP Experience, winners acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
