Offer to refund service fees for the first order

This offer is part of the GotPhoto Value Campaign 2025 – First Job on Us and is exclusively for new customers who register with GotPhoto between August 1 and September 15, 2025 or who have registered with GotPhoto between January 1, 2025 and April 31, 2025. 

Offer details

GotPhoto will refund the GotPhoto service fee for the first order completed on the platform once.

Terms and conditions

Registration must be completed by September 15, 2025 at the latest.

The first order must be created and completed in full with GotPhoto (i.e., no further orders are expected; once the refund request has been submitted, no further incoming orders can be refunded and the usual fees for the respective plan will apply).

The refund will be made once per studio and only upon request.

Refund requests must be made via our Customer Care Team by email or phone.

The request must include the following information: order number, registration date, and studio ID.

The request must be received by December 31, 2025, at the latest.

Not included in the offer:

• Third-party fees (labs, payment service providers, additional services).
• Service fees for additional orders after the first order.
• Refunds in combination with other promotions or discounts.

Additional information

Once the refund has been made, no further orders can be considered under this promotion, even retroactively. 

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
