Perfectly Clear Basic Editing Price Drop

We’ve lowered the price of our Perfectly Clear basic editing service to make professional-quality editing even more affordable for you. Perfectly Clear basic editing is now just $0.04 per image in the US and Canada (instead of $0.08 per image).

Improvements & Enhancements

Sports Graphics Update 

You can now specify how team names should appear on final sports graphics—even if they differ from what’s in your roster name list. This is especially helpful when you need to organize similar teams internally (like “Reds – U12” or “Reds – Smith”) but want the final design to simply show “Reds.”

This update is live now and available to everyone using the sports graphics service (Next Gen).

Job Management Just Got Smarter

We’ve introduced a number key improvements to the job management interface to help you work faster and more intuitively.

  • The job header now includes a context-aware action button, making it easier to push jobs into selling status with a single click—no more clutter or guesswork.
  • For makeup day jobs, you can now add new days with a quick-access icon and navigate between existing ones using a clear dropdown menu sorted by date.
  • The updated responsive header ensures smooth job management across all devices, with action buttons adapting to screen size for easy access wherever you work.
  • The trash icon and job status have been rearranged for faster access.
  • On the photo management page, photo upload methods now sits next to “Create New Album.”
    The subjects tab replaces “List of Names & Exports” and is now always visible. It’s active when using QR tagging with a names list, and otherwise disabled with a helpful tooltip.

New Admin Area Now Fully Live

The new GotPhoto admin area is now the default experience for everyone. We have removed the toggle to switch back to the classic design.

EasyUpload 3.6.0 – Faster Uploads with Region-Based Optimization

EasyUpload 3.6.0 is here with a big improvement to upload speed. We’ve added new upload endpoints specifically for the US and EU, and the app now shows a small icon at the top to indicate which server performs best based on your connection. You’ll get faster, smarter uploads—no setup required!

Known Bugs

Abandoned Cart Trigger

We’ve paused the abandoned cart trigger after identifying an issue where it was incorrectly sending emails to all buyers—not just shoppers with items left in their cart.

For now, any campaigns using this trigger will still appear in your setup and in the communication performance manager (CPM), but no emails will be sent.

We’re working on fixing and retesting the logic to ensure the trigger only targets the right customers. Thanks for your patience while we work to get this back on track.

Entagged

Entagged App Update – Version 4.4.3 (iOS & Android)

Entagged 4.4.3 is now live on both iOS and Android, bringing important fixes and smarter validation for contact details. You’ll now get clear warnings if you enter an invalid phone number or email address when adding a potential buyer, and you won’t be able to save until at least a valid email is entered. This ensures parent contact info is reliably captured going forward. We’ve also fixed an issue where cell phone numbers weren’t being saved correctly, along with several stability issues. The update is ready to download—enjoy a smoother, more accurate tagging experience!
