New Features
New Automated Trigger: Abandoned Cart Emails
We’re introducing a new automated campaign trigger that sends an email when a cart is abandoned helping you recover lost sales with minimal effort. The feature includes pre-built, marketing-approved templates with translations, or you can create your own emails using placeholders.
Improvements & Enhancements
Job Management just got smarter
We’ve introduced a number key improvements to the Job Management interface to help you work faster and more intuitively.
- The job header now includes a context-aware action button, making it easier to push jobs into Selling status with a single click—no more clutter or guesswork.
- For Make-up Day jobs, you can now add new days with a quick-access icon and navigate between existing ones using a clear dropdown menu sorted by date.
- The updated responsive header ensures smooth job management across all devices, with action buttons adapting to screen size for easy access wherever you work.
- The Trash icon, and Job Status have been rearranged for faster access.
- On the Photo Management page, Photo Upload Methods now sits next to “Create New Album.
The Subjects tab replaces “List of Names & Exports” and is now always visible – active when using QR tagging with a Names list, and otherwise disabled with a helpful tooltip.
New Admin Area Now Fully Live
The new GotPhoto admin area is now the default experience for everyone. We have removed the toggle to switch back to the classic design.
Bug Fixes
Abandoned Cart Trigger Fixed The issue with the Cart
Abandoned trigger where, for some photographers, emails were sent to customers outside the intended scope, has been resolved and is now live in production. If you already had the trigger set up, no action is needed. If you previously removed it from a campaign, it’s now safe to add it back. Thanks for your patience and support while we worked through this fix!
Entagged
Entagged Firmware Update Now Available
A new firmware update is live for Entagged users and can be installed manually via the red notification badge in the app. This update fixes an issue where saving codes didn’t work on newer Sony cameras like the a6700 and a1 II, as well as other models with the paid Scan & Tag firmware upgrade.
Entagged iOS App Update – Version 4.4.2
We’ve released an important iOS update for the Entagged app, addressing issues introduced in version 4.4.1 – especially for photographers using Automatic sync with a 30-second interval. This version includes crash fixes, performance improvements, and clearer feedback when adding new Names to a job.
Highlights include:
- A new progress indicator when adding Names
- Fixes for timeout warnings, delayed updates, and slow screen loads
- Improved stability when editing or navigating Name Lists
- Serial number check now works without requiring leading zeros
