If you’re uploading more than 500 images using the web uploader, you’ll now see a streamlined “power saving” mode showing only total progress—no more lag from per-file updates. You’ll also get a helpful in-app prompt suggesting the EasyUpload desktop app, which offers a more stable, faster experience for large jobs.
Uploads under 500 images work exactly as before.
This update helps prevent upload failures, speeds up performance, and ensures you get the best tool for the job—especially during busy school and sports seasons.
Web Uploader Just Got Smarter — Now with True Asynchronous Uploads
We’ve reworked the web uploader to give you a faster, smoother experience—especially when you’re uploading large batches of photos for school or sports jobs.
Uploads are now truly asynchronous, supporting up to 10 files uploading at the same time. As soon as one finishes, the next starts—no more waiting on slow files or stalled uploads. You’ll see real-time progress for each file, and if one fails, it’ll retry automatically while the rest continue.
This update removes one of the biggest pain points in the upload flow, delivering a modern, seamless experience that helps you move through picture day prep with confidence.

EasyUpload version 3.7.2 is now live! We’ve resolved a bug that prevented you from reusing the same photo across different jobs, galleries, or types. Now, you’re free to assign files wherever they’re needed.
