Minimum Order Value and Mandatory Product Packages Now in the New Shop
You can now use price profile restrictions in the new shop! This includes setting a minimum order value and requiring shoppers to purchase at least one package before they can check out. If you’ve used these settings before in the old shop, you’ll find them working the same way here.

“Select All” Now Works Across Pages in the Batch Order List
Bulk actions just got faster and more intuitive. You can now select all orders in your batch order list—even across multiple pages, not just the ones you see on screen. A helpful message at the top confirms when everything is selected.
See Cropping & Padding Overlays in All Image Previews in the New Shop
You can now see cropping masks and padding overlays across all image previews in the shop—whether you’re in the cart, viewing packages, or anywhere else images appear. It helps avoid surprises, aligns previews with final prints, and reduces confusion or complaints from your customers.

You Can Now Set the Pre-Registration Deadline to Picture Day
You can now set the pre-registration deadline to the same day as picture day—perfect if you’re using Entagged and need to register new subjects on the spot. This update removes the previous restriction that forced you to stop registrations at least one day in advance.
Names List Upload Just Got Easier
The improved Names List upload is now live for you. You can now drag and drop your file directly into the uploader—no need to click through buttons. There’s also a one-click CSV template that automatically matches your country’s format (comma or semicolon). Plus, the uploader now includes clearer instructions to help you get started faster and with fewer errors.
Clearer Digital Download Emails for Your Customers
We’ve updated the wording in digital download emails to make things less confusing for your customers. The new message includes simple instructions and lets parents know they can reactivate expired links themselves with just one click.
Faster Manual Orders Are Back
You’ll now see the “Place a new order” button again right after submitting a manual order. This small but helpful shortcut makes it quicker to enter multiple orders without extra clicks.
EasyUpload Update – Version 3.5.1 Now Live
This version adds a new optional setting that lets you skip image analysis (like color space and dimensions) – perfect if you want faster uploads. It’s turned off by default, but you can enable it in the settings.
