You Can Now Shop Across Jobs in the New Shop

Shopping across jobs is now live in the new shop! You can offer a smoother experience for families by letting them shop using access codes from different jobs in one session – perfect for siblings, school and sports photos, previous years’ jobs, or Make-up Day workflows. This release focuses on bringing the feature to the new shop, so the experience will match what you’re used to in the old shop. Any edge case behaviors will be addressed in future updates.

New Features

New Order Detail Page Fully Rolled Out

We’ve redesigned the Order Detail Page for you, with faster load times, a cleaner layout, and bigger image previews right at the top—perfect for quick crop checks. We’ve also simplified the interface by moving low-use tools into menus, and added a built-in feedback option so you can share your thoughts as you go. This update is designed to make your workflow faster, clearer, and easier.

AI Retouching Is Now Live!

You can now offer AI-powered retouching after a purchase, thanks to our new Automated Post-Sales Retouching feature powered by Perfectly Clear. Starting at just $1 (intro offer through October 31st), this tool makes it easy to save time, boost quality and unlock new upsell potential.

See How Your Emails Are Performing with the Communication Performance Manager

You’ll find a new tool in your Job Settings > Communications tab: the Communication Performance Manager. This feature gives you clear insights into your email campaigns. See open rates, delivery status, and whether each campaign was sent successfully. No more guessing or reaching out to support just to confirm if an email went through. This is just the first version of CPM and more features are on their way!

Improvements & Enhancements

Improvements to Student Data Export

Exciting enhancements for the Student Data Export feature! You can now name your exports, choose “Original size” for images, or enter custom dimensions—all designed to save time and add flexibility. Naming exports makes it easier to manage multiple files per job, while the new sizing options eliminate the need for manual resizing to meet provider requirements.

New Sports Graphics Templates in Next Gen for Fall

Fresh for the fall season, we’ve added three new multi-sport graphics templates from 3rd Creative to the Next Gen volume sports graphic solution —designed to help you keep your offerings current and engaging. These new designs are now available in the template library, with more on the way soon.

Default Shop Setting Now Available

You can now choose whether the new proofing shop or the legacy shop is set as your default when creating new jobs. This setting is applied at the account level and only affects newly created jobs – you can still switch the shop type per job as needed.

New Provider for Manual Editing Services

We’re switching providers for manual editing services. As Photowonder (now Centaq) moves its focus to AI editing, our new partner Pro Image Experts will take over. You may already know them as the team behind our Next Gen services and they’re ready to deliver the same high-quality results you’ve come to expect.

Bug Fixes

Pre-registration deadline resets

We discovered an older bug: if you update the picture day after setting a pre-registration deadline, the deadline currently resets to one day before. This is now fixed.

Entagged

Entagged iOS Update – Version 4.4.1

A new iOS update for the Entagged app is now live, bringing several important bug fixes to improve stability and naming accuracy. This release resolves issues with duplicate names, incorrect current name display when filters were applied, and problems with overlapping subscriptions. It also fixes edge cases where leaving the screen too quickly or adding names under certain conditions caused unexpected behavior.

Coming Soon

Coming Soon: Faster Uploads for US & CA Photographers

We’re rolling out a new API designed to boost upload speed and performance, especially for photographers in the US and Canada. This update will reduce photo upload times and improve overall stability, starting with web uploads.
