This one’s a big deal. Parents can now shop for all their kids – even across different jobs like school photos, sports teams, and makeup days – in a single, seamless transaction.

Want to ensure every order hits a certain value? Now you can. With price profile restrictions, you can set a minimum order value or require the mandatory purchase of a package before a customer can check out.

New Shop as the Default
The online shop 2025 edition has all the key functionalities of the legacy shop, plus innovations like AI retouching (only available in the new shop – more below!).
Ready to make the switch? You can now set the new, improved shop as the default for your customers!

Not ready yet? No problem! You can still keep the old shop as the default until you’re comfortable. This way, you stay in control while we gather insights to keep improving.
More Ways to Upsell
You’ve streamlined your shop and made it easier for parents to buy—now it’s time to make every sale go even further. Our latest upsell tools are designed to help you boost average order value without lifting a finger. From smart post-sale add-ons to new ways to re-engage customers and fresh designs that keep them coming back, these features work quietly in the background to turn one-time buyers into loyal repeat customers.
Automated Post-Sales Retouching
Parents can now purchase retouching even after they’ve placed an order, thanks to our new AI-powered retouching upsell tool. With three different tiers of retouching offered, and an optional review setting for you, it’s a fast, automated way to upsell your services. (This feature is available exclusively in the new shop.)

So we rebuilt the job management system to take some of that weight off your shoulders!
Faster, Smarter Names List Uploads
We’ve overhauled the names list uploader to save you time and headaches:
- Drag and Drop: Just drag your file directly into the uploader.
- Simplified Template: A single download link now automatically provides the correct CSV format (comma or semicolon separated) based on your country setting.
- Early File Validation: The system checks your file format and structure before processing, so you can catch errors early.
- Clearer Progress Tracking: See a refreshed progress bar and know it’s safe to navigate away while the upload finishes.
Insights That Actually Mean Something
You put effort into sending out emails, posting updates, and keeping parents in the loop, but let’s be real: It’s hard to know if those efforts are paying off. Are your emails even being opened? Did they land in the right inbox?

A Revamped Order Detail Page
Every order that comes in is worthy of celebration! That’s why we revamped the order details page to make it faster and easier to review and check on your orders. We began rolling out the new interface in July, and we are excited to announce that it’s fully rolled out to all GotPhoto users!
- Faster page load times so you spend less time waiting.
- Larger image previews at the top for quick, accurate crop checks.
- A cleaner, more intuitive layout with less-used tools tucked neatly into menus.
- A built-in feedback feature so you can share your thoughts directly with us as you work.
