Want to ensure every order hits a certain value? Now you can. With price profile restrictions, you can set a minimum order value or require the mandatory purchase of a package before a customer can check out.

With three different tiers of retouching offered, and an optional review setting for you, it’s a fast, automated way to upsell your services. (This feature is available exclusively in the new shop.)

We’ve overhauled the names list uploader to save you time and headaches:

  • Drag and Drop: Just drag your file directly into the uploader.
  • Simplified Template: A single download link now automatically provides the correct CSV format (comma or semicolon separated) based on your country setting.
  • Early File Validation: The system checks your file format and structure before processing, so you can catch errors early.
  • Clearer Progress Tracking: See a refreshed progress bar and know it’s safe to navigate away while the upload finishes.

Insights That Actually Mean Something

You put effort into sending out emails, posting updates, and keeping parents in the loop, but let’s be real: It’s hard to know if those efforts are paying off. Are your emails even being opened? Did they land in the right inbox?

Every order that comes in is worthy of celebration! That’s why we revamped the order details page to make it faster and easier to review and check on your orders. We began rolling out the new interface in July, and we are excited to announce that it’s fully rolled out to all GotPhoto users!

  • Larger image previews at the top for quick, accurate crop checks.
  • A cleaner, more intuitive layout with less-used tools tucked neatly into menus.
  • A built-in feedback feature so you can share your thoughts directly with us as you work.
