Personalized Products Now Available in the New Shop
You can now sell Personalized Products in the new online shop – items that allow parents to add a custom name, phrase, or message during checkout.
Once an order is placed, the customization details are passed directly to your selected lab for fulfillment, just like any other product.
This feature is now live in the new online shop and gives you more flexibility to offer meaningful, personalized items that add value for families and boost your sales.
Improvements & Enhancements
Job Description Now Included in Job Duplication Flow
Creating new jobs just got even smoother. The Job Duplication modal now includes a read-only, collapsible view of the original job description, so you can review and reuse it without leaving the flow or redoing any work.
This update saves you time, reduces manual steps, and ensures your job descriptions are carried over consistently. The section is localized for all supported languages and comes with a simple “Show/Hide” toggle.
It’s live now for all job types – part of our continued effort to help you move faster with less friction.
Hide Empty Batches in Batch Shipping
You can now hide batches with zero orders on the Batch Shipping page to keep things cleaner and more focused.
Just toggle the new “Hide Empty Batches” button at the top of the page (Orders > Batch Shipping) to filter out batches with no orders. When you’re ready to see everything again, simply uncheck it. Your preference will be saved for your session.
This update is live now and makes it easier to spot the batches that actually need your attention – saving time and reducing clutter in your daily workflow.
