New: Duplicate Jobs to Save Time and Stay Consistent
You can now duplicate proofing jobs with just a click right from your job overview making it easier to reuse settings from past jobs without starting from scratch.
This new feature helps you save time, reduce errors, and maintain consistency across recurring or similar jobs. The new job duplication option is only available for proofing jobs.

Search by Job Number Now in EasyUpload
You can now search by Job Number—not just Job Name—in EasyUpload! The job number is now included in the dropdown and fully searchable in the upload panel.
This small but powerful improvement makes it faster to find the right job, especially if you manage multiple with similar names. It’s live now and ready to speed up your workflow.
New: See Which Subjects Haven’t Ordered Yet
You can now easily identify which subjects haven’t placed an order thanks to the new “Total Orders” column in the Student name list export under the Subjects tab → Export section.
This quick win delivers on one of your most requested features and helps you take action faster when following up with families.
