New: Go-Live Checklist to Help You Launch Better Jobs
You’ll now see a Go-Live Checklist when setting a proofing job to “Selling.” This new tool gives you a quick, actionable overview of your job setup—helping you avoid missing key settings before going live.
It’s designed to highlight incomplete configurations and encourage you to activate features that boost sales, like archive dates, automated campaigns, watermark and coupons. The checklist appears any time you set a job to sellingYou’re always in control—it’s just a helpful check list guide, not a blocker.
Improvements & Enhancements
Student Data Export Just Got More Flexible
You can now name your student exports, choose ‘Original size’, or set a custom picture size when exporting images—giving you more control and saving you valuable time.
This means it’s easier to keep track of multiple exports per job by assigning clear, meaningful names. And if you’re working with providers that require specific image dimensions, you no longer need to resize files manually—just choose the size you need right in the export settings.
The update is live now and will help streamline your export workflow from start to finish.
New UX Improvements in Job Management
We’ve rolled out a set of updates to make your job management experience faster, clearer, and easier—no matter how or where you work.
You’ll now see a context-aware action button in the job header that lets you move jobs into Selling with a single click. It’s a cleaner layout with fewer distractions, helping you get your jobs live faster.
Managing make-up day jobs is now more intuitive. You can add new make-up days with an icon and navigate existing ones using a dropdown menu sorted by date—everything in one place, no more digging.
The responsive header now adapts beautifully to any screen size. Whether you’re on a desktop or mobile, action buttons remain easy to access.
We’ve also made a few smaller tweaks:
- The Trash button is now always visible in the photo jobs list (next to “Create photo job”)
- The job status filter is now a dropdown for better responsiveness
- The Photo Upload Methods button has moved next to “Create new album” in the photo management tab
These improvements are all about helping you work smarter—wherever your workflow takes you.
EasyUpload 3.7.1 – Performance Testing & Upload Speed Improvements
This update is part of a larger effort to investigate and improve upload performance across different environments.
You’ll receive this version automatically on your next app launch. Behind the scenes, we’re running structured tests to identify whether speed issues are caused by the platform, your network setup, or a mix of both.
What’s new in this release:
• Upload sessions now reuse connections to reduce overhead and speed up transfers
• Axios upgraded to v1.12.0 for improved security
• Upload queue optimized to lower CPU usage
• Bug fix for lingering “repeated album” error messages
• Missing translations added for German and English
Resubscribe Logic Now Improved for Customer Notifications
We’ve released an update that makes it easier for your customers to receive emails again after unsubscribing. If someone opts back into notifications in the shop or you re-import their email via a name list, they’ll now be automatically resubscribed.
To keep things compliant, you’ll now see a consent confirmation step when importing name lists that contain email addresses or phone numbers.
This change helps prevent missed notifications, reduces confusion, and ensures your outreach reaches the right people—without extra manual steps.
