At the workflow’s core is the Spotting App, an iOS-based app that allows you to effortlessly capture reference photos of your subjects and link them to the correct subject data.

How It Works

Set up and sync your job Create your photo job in GotPhoto and upload a names list. In your SpotMyPhotos account, import the GotPhoto job to sync your names list to SpotMyPhoto.
Spot your subject Using the SpotMyPhotos iOS app, take a reference photo of each subject and associate that photo to their subject data. Then photograph the subject as normal. And the best part? If they come back to the camera again, you don’t need to tag them again. They have already been spotted with the face identification software!
Manage your data Need to update or add subject data during picture day? Easy! Adding or updating subject data in the app automatically syncs to GotPhoto, eliminating any need for post-shoot data updates.
Upload your Photos When you are ready to load your images into GotPhoto, simply upload your images into your SpotMyPhotos account. The images will automatically be identified and sorted, and can be easily exported directly into your GotPhoto job, ready for sale.
