- Initial Review: Your CV will be assessed by our talent acquisition team within approximately one week.
- Talent Partner Intro Call: If your profile matches our criteria, we will schedule an initial call to discuss your application further.
- 2nd Round Interview: The 2nd interview round is conducted by your potential Team lead in order to dive deeper into your skills and experiences.
- Case Study (for specific positions): For certain roles, we might provide you with a case study to work on after the preliminary call.
- Case Study Show & Tell: For some roles you get the chance to showcase your results and discuss them with the respective stakeholders in a live setting.
- Peer Interview: Additionally, a brief interview with a peer will take place. This allows us to gather perspectives from different team members.
- Offer Consideration: If you are identified as an ideal match for the position, we will thoroughly review your overall fit for the role and the organization.
- Offer Call: If everything aligns positively, we will extend an offer to you during a formal call.
- Onboarding: Once you accept the offer, we will guide you through the onboarding process, preparing you for a successful start with us.
On average, it takes 3-4 weeks, depending on your availability and the availability of our interviewers.

Yes, we operate in a hybrid model, coming together in our offices in Berlin, Germany, and Atlanta, Georgia, once or twice a week.
You have weekly 1:1 with your team lead where you can discuss and receive feedback, bottlenecks, and ideas and simply brainstorm
Twice a year, every year, we do a development review looking into the past, reflecting on what went well and where you can improve upon, and thinking about where in your role you want to go in the future and how you can get there.
You have access to a learning budget of at least 500€, up to 1000€ with manager approval which you can spend on, e.g., online courses, certificates, mico degrees, etc. Whatever suits your personal career development at GotPhoto!
